Storage period: the storage time shall be reduced to a minimum through the regular rotation system.
If long-term storage cannot be avoided, it is recommended to check the hose before actual use; Hoses without fittings (please refer to the date on the hose mark) should be put into use within two years, and those that have been assembled should be put into use within one year.
Temperature and humidity: the ideal storage temperature is between 10 ° C and 25 ° C. Hoses should not be exposed to temperatures above 40 ° C or below 0 ° C. If the temperature is lower than - 15 ° C, it is recommended to take some preventive measures when using the hose: it cannot be stored near the heat source or in an environment with high or low humidity (no more than 65%).
Low exposure: it is recommended to store the hose in a place without light, especially avoid direct sunlight or strong lighting. If conditions are limited and there are windows, it is recommended to use a curtain to block the sun.
Contact with other materials: generally, plastic steel wire hoses shall not contact solvents, fuels, oils, greases, volatile chemicals, acids, disinfectants and organic liquids. The properties of plastic materials will change with time or other factors. Even if there is a reinforcing layer (polyester fiber layer or spiral steel), it may be negatively affected by improper storage. The following measures can minimize the deterioration of stored products.
