Pressure:
1. It is recommended to use the hose produced by our company within the appropriate temperature and indicated range, and consult our company if necessary.
2. The hose expands and contracts with the influence of its internal pressure and temperature. Please cut the hose to the required length during the trial period.
3. When applying pressure, please open the valve slowly to avoid hose damage caused by impact pressure.
4. When using negative pressure, the hose shall be reasonably selected according to the different changes of its purpose and conditions, and the company shall be consulted if necessary.
Carrier:
Pay attention to the carrier when using the hose. (water, air, oil, powder, particles, toxic chemicals and other substances) consult the company when necessary.
bend:
1. The hose shall be used under the conditions above its turning radius. (turning radius: X4 times between pipes) if the turning radius is too small, the hose will be broken and the service life of the hose will be reduced.
2. When used to transport powder and particles, the turning radius of the hose shall be developed as far as possible according to the site conditions and actual conditions.
3. When matching with metal joints, do not use under the radius of extreme bending.
other:
1. Do not touch or close the hose to the open fire.
2. Avoid rolling of hose vehicles and squeezing of heavy objects.
3. When cutting steel wire reinforced plastic hose to fiber steel wire composite hose, pay attention to the leaked steel wire at the end, which may cause injury.
