1】 Bend

1. The rubber hose should be used under the condition above its bending radius, otherwise it will break and reduce the pressure resistance;

2. When using powder and particles, it may be easy to wear according to the conditions. Please enlarge the bending radius of the hose as much as possible;

3. Do not use it near metal parts (joints), and try to avoid bending near metal parts, which can be avoided by using elbows, etc.

2】 Fluid

1. The rubber hose used shall be suitable for the fluid conveyed;

2. Before using the hose in oil, powder, toxic chemicals and strong acids or bases;

3】 Pressure

1. Be sure to use the rubber hose within the recommended temperature and pressure range;

2. The hose expands and contracts with its internal pressure. Please cut the hose into a slightly longer length than you need;

3. When applying pressure, please slowly open / close any valve to avoid impact pressure;

In fact, in the process of selecting PVC products, we can analyze the range of product temperature and pressure; Secondly, when applying pressure, please open and close any valve slowly to avoid impact pressure and damage to the hose; Moreover, the hose will expand and contract slightly with the change of its internal pressure. When in use, please cut the hose into a slightly longer length than we need. The hose used should be suitable for the loaded fluid; When plastic hose is applied to powder or particles, please enlarge its bending radius as much as possible to reduce the possible wear on the hose;
